HI, I'M MIKE... 
...a real restaurant owner, just like you.

I started my restaurant when I was only 22.

I’ve gone days without leaving the store, sleeping on the ground because it was easier than driving home to only turn around and come right back.

I ran myself into the ground and realized I needed systems if I was ever going to have a life. And I need smart systems if It meant ever having money.

Today, I own 12 restaurants with over 300 employees. They are all highly regarded, with high-level reviews and low turnover.

I can also go out of town for over a week and know the stores will function just the same.

I pulled this off because I created systems and iterated on them hundreds of times to make them perfect.

I'm still doing that today because I’m not a former restaurant owner; I’m an active one.

My MISSION is to make this industry easier to anyone willing to work for it who just needs the proper path.

People who double down on themselves, want more, realize this business is the biggest investment of their lives, and won’t accept failure as an option.

That’s why I’m sharing this checklist with you. It’s a simple guide to getting more customers online, but each item moves the needle, which is how I operate: efficient, effective moves only.
